Why I Created This

I’ve spent years exploring and teaching what it means to live from peace — not as an escape, but as a daily practice.
I’m Laurie Gunning Grossman, a writer, spiritual growth facilitator, and host of the Hold the Light podcast. Through my courses, workshops, and The Freedom Transmissions study groups, I’ve shared practices that help people return to calm, clarity, and connection — even when life feels full.
